An enterprise application that enabled the users to monitor and troubleshoot quality issues for voice and video calls. The appliation took an analytical approach and offered a drill-down analysis to troubleshoot issues. The design challenge was to transform this data-intensive application into a minimal interface with key information upfront and an effective visualisation to make sense of key metrics.
